We cater for 1on1, 2on1 and small groups both in the gym and outside.

 

Each session can involve,

  • Rehabilitation Exercises

  • All these exercises will help in achieving your goals whether it be weight loss, increase fitness, being able to preform a particular exercise or to increase size and power

Prices

1 on 1 with trainer = $70

1on 1 with trainer 2 x week = $60 per session

1 on 1 with trainer 3 x week = $55 per session

2 on 1 with trainer = $70 ($35 each)

3 on 1 with trainer = $80 ($27 each)

4 on 1 with trainer = $90 ($22.5 each)

Morning Sessions

Sessions are run 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Tuesday and Thursday 6am-7am
Saturday 8am-9am
 

will also get access to all other fitness classes for the length of your membership

Numbers will be restricted per session

If numbers are high or the interest levels are high enough we will run a boot camp straight after the 6am, so those time will be 7am-8am
ONLY if all available spots fill up

 

Afternoon Sessions

 

Sessions are run 3 x times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening

Time: 5pm-6pm

Numbers will be restricted per session
